On 29th of August, 1874, the factory was transformed to 'Joint Stock Company of Russian-Baltic Railroad Car Factory' (RBVZ or Russo-Balt are used for short in Russian).
Agricultural machinery department was established.
A peak volume of railroad car production was reached.
Establishment of an automobile department and a start of a car production.
An airborne vehicle department was established. It will move to St. Petersburg in 1912.
